The following are my (the artist’s) terms and conditions. They can be changed if discussed with me before paying for your commissioned piece.

I. General Terms
- All commissioned works may include a watermark that you may not remove.
- I might record the process and post the finished work and as well as work in progress on my socials and portfolio.
- I have the right to reject any order that I deem uncomfortable drawing for any reason.

II. Payment and Process
- Payment is accepted through PayPal (for international commissions), or GCash and BDO (for local commissions).
- Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or 50/50 (50% upfront and 50% before turnover).
- Please don’t send me payment yet before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested the payment
- I will notify you when I have started the commission (and thus, you will lose the rights to a refund; see Refund and Cancellation Policy for more information).
- I will openly communicate with you regarding the reviews while I am working on your commission.
- The amount of reviews depends on the complexity
- Work-in-progress pictures (which are smaller in size, and include a watermark) are included in these reviews
- Turnaround Time usually takes 1 week – 3 months (this is a rough estimate, it can be shorter or longer depending on factors such as the complexity of the work, health, other works, and the like).
- I will update you asap if there are any issues along the way which can hinder the progress.
- Once the piece is finished, you will receive a full-resolution image and also a web-friendly size. Do note that there is no physical product.

III. Revisions
- The amount of revisions included in the payment is limited to three (3) rounds
- Additional fee is added to any additional round. This fee depends on how drastic the change is, along with the hourly wage
- A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing, unless if the misunderstanding was made from my side

VI. Refund or Cancellation Policy
- The buyer is not allowed a refund once I already sent an initial sketch
- If you canceled before I sent the initial sketch, you will get a full refund
- If I, for any reason, am unable to start the commission, you will receive a full refund
- When getting a refund, please do not request a PayPal chargeback; I will transfer the money back to you myself
- If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.By purchasing a commission from me (the artist) you agree to be purchasing my services only.
